Adele's new appearance still saddens me

Let me preface: I don't take sides. I don't subscribe to the toxic community that hates on Adele because she somehow "betrayed plus-sized women." On the other hand, I also don't believe that only one type of woman can be
attractive. Nor the blanket notion that all women from X category are attractive nor do I have a body type fetish.

Also, I'm happy for Adele if her transformation makes her happy and improved her quality of life

But having said that, I cannot for the life of me find her new look attractive whenever I come across her pictures in news headlines. Instead, looking at her just makes me sad. Somehow she looks so generic. Non-memorable. Her old face was iconic; the chubby cheeks complemented the rest of her face. Similarly, her hair, eyes, lips all made her absolutely beautiful. I could wake up to that face for the rest of my life. There was something so personable and "real" to her appearance.

And now, she looks like an average girl at some random club. Often times when people lose a lot of weight, they become more attractive. But oddly enough not in her case.

I generally don't care about celebrities' lives and don't get affected. But this really impacts me whenever I come across what she looks like now
