Afraid of balloons, iin?

Well i'm not afraid of them anymore of course but when I was a kid I couldn't stand them! I hate it when they pop it seem to always catch me off guard and I will "jump" every time. Is it normal?

    Oh, good. I'm not at all alone. I am 19 and terrified of balloons. :(
