Afraid of being shot on a sidewalk...

I get really scared about standing on the sidewalk by myself and a car passes by...because I'm afraid the person in the car will shoot me and nobody will never know what happened...is that normal...?

    I was thinking you have a much greater chance of dying in a car crash than being shot in a drive by shooting. Much greater. But to my surprise, after a bunch of googling, I think you are absolutely correct. You should be afraid! Very, very afraid!

    If you live in America, then you have a valid reason to be scared. Don't let it get to you though, just stay alert when outside.
