After a hard workout

After a hard cardio workout what I do is I put about a tea spoon of himalayan salt and mix it into about 3 cups of water and I chug it. It makes me feel replenished af.

    Good for you. What does doing a workout feel like? I'm an IIN blob and use Himalayan salt in my bread dough.
