After chemical treatment is it necesaary to do protien treatment often

After I did straightening they say monthly spa is necessary which I can't afford .can we do this at home? Any suggestions ???

    I dunno about all of that, because I don't perm or straighten my hair, but I always do a deep conditioning treatment after I dye it.
