After my elbow surgery the bone seems to be sticking out

Back in October 2013 I shattered my elbow. I had metal plates and screws holding it together for the past 17 months. Last week I had the metal plates removed since my doctor said the bone was healed enough. A few days ago the bandage was coming lose so I took it off to rebandage it and noticed the bone seems to be protruding a bit now. I had originally broken the cap of my elbow off, but this is like an inch or so below that on my arm. It doesn't really hurt but it feels weird and I'm concerned it might have become dislocated.

    See your doctor, but I've seen another person with a shattered olecranon, and their bone did look out of place.
