Why is it that while some users who are too young to be here will post respectable questions and listen to responses.

There are some other users claiming to be well into adulthood, and spend their days raving like maniacs against children.

Why is it children can be composed here, while adults here behave with no self control or awareness, and take pride in their dysfunctional child like behavior?

    You have to think about what kinds of people a site like this would attract in the first place. Kids of all personality types and interests are going to come here just to check it out and many will stay if they think it's cool. Even lots of teenagers who are otherwise smart and decent individuals will stick around for being able to help other people and listen to different opinions. Now in terms of the quality of the adult demographic this site would attract, one can only imagine: deviants, perverts, outcasts, loners, and all sorts of other dysfunctional older people. So, while for kids and teenagers this site is still fresh, exciting, and interesting, for adults it is merely a meaningless indulgence of killing time while fantasizing about the life they wish they had.

    First, the reason children under 18 aren't allowed here because of the subject matter discussed on this site. Sex, drugs,and death to name a few. the site administers have to cover their buts. So those under the age of consent are banned.

    Second, how do you know the kids on this site are all well mannered shining examples of humanity? OP's are anonymous. The shear number of poop posts makes me question that.

    Third, you actually believe everything people post? On the internet take everything with a grain of salt. Some of the people claiming to be kids could be adults and some of the people claiming to be adults could be kids.

    Probably because people are the weirdest things ever.
    I guess it can also have to do with kids who are still trying to prove themselves, with adults who have long since given up on life.
    But then it can also be that some adults on this site are well-mannered and well-adjusted to society, while others are internet trolls who probably still lives in their mom's basement. Unfortunately they are just the loudest
