Air makes me claustrophobic? iin?

When I think about how there is air surrounding me and inside of me and going into my lungs, it makes me feel claustrophobic. As if there is something smothering me at all times.
When I don't think about I'm fine but when I think about it, I get the feeling of being smothered. Is it normal?

Wow, that must be hard.. If it becomes too much you should talk to a psychiatrist. That really sounds bad..

It sounds more like you're agorophobic. Get some help.

That is messed up. Just ignore air. And be happy it's there. Cause if there wasn't air, you wouldn't be alive

Your english.. claustophobic means scared in small spaces, so air makes you scared of small spaces? I see your problem anyways, but without air we can't live.
