I probably can't get sex from most people, but I'm not sure if I actually care. Am I still an incel even if I've come to terms with the fact that I'm an unfuckable troll and it doesn't really bother me anymore?

"Incel" is term for an involuntary celibate man that is misogynistic towards women due to not being able to get laid. Incels don't accept it. So no, you aren't.
It's complicated. By the literal definition of the term's components, yeah (since you would be having sex if you thought you were more attractive), but if we go by the way the term is actually used, no you're not.
Let's just err on the side of caution and say you're not. Buck up, pick up a shaver, a bottle of body wash, and try out some of that "rejection therapy" stuff. I'm sure you'd be a lady killer if you tried (or a black widow/femme fatale).

Incel would really more apply if you hated women or think that you are entitled to sex for proforming actions the benefit them.
