Am i damaging my body?

So, what happens is I walk. I am worried I put pressure on my spine and this will cause a wear and tear effect. I do not want to jeopardize the quality of my skeletal system just because I desire to move locations.

I also have another concern, which is using my lungs to breathe. Is this damaging the tissue of my lungs as they constantly breathe in oxygen to replenish my body to keep it functioning? Will this damage my respiratory system?

That's why I prefer to lay in bed all day and have loved ones bring me fast food and sweets. Much healthier lifestyle than moving about and jostling up your organs.

You should probably just shoot your self. No more worries then.

You are a skilled troll, I'll give you that. I actually chuckled at this.

Using anything will wear it out. Some things are built better than others, so I guess it's going to depend on your genetic make up.
However, it's certainly a double whammy if you walk alongside a busy roadway. Not only are you poisoning yourself, inhaling the toxic fumes produced by the vehicles going by, but these toxins are embedding themselves in your tissues and bones as you walk.
Best to just stay in bed 24/7 and breathe filtered air and eat lots of fast food.

Sadly, every island down here has plenty of American fast food places. Of all the things the US exports, it is truly depressing that fast food is probably the most notable.

It can be somewhat disappointing, yes.

The U.S is still the best country in the world though, and I know that you will start furiously arguing and insulting me about how our presidents are war criminals and 9/11 was a conspiracy and the moon landing didn't really happen and blah blah blah. But I can't be bothered arguing today, so I'll let you take this one.

Stevie, old boy. I am startled that you would make such a short sighted claim about the USA. Have you never been to Australia or New Zealand? Have you never spent time on exclusive island nations where the idle rich wile away the day with country club activities while living on their numbered accounts from Switzerland or the Cayman Islands?

Perhaps you are struggling with your businesses and real estate to simply stay in the 1%. Please tell a bit more. Our egalitarian view of your situation could use a bit of polishing up.

Egalitarianism is a foolish concept, child. Also, yes, I have been to Australia and I hate the country. It's merely a smaller, hotter and less powerful version of the U.S.A with far more racism and stupidity.

I really can't disagree, but having spent 60 years watching it deteriorate from what it was when I was a child, it's really hard to be a gung ho patriot any more.

Watch it deteriorate? As a baby boomer you were part of the cause.
