I was awakened at 4am from a powerful bed shaking and a roller coaster feeling. Am i going insane?

    No, these types of events are being frequently reported all over the world.

    It is all because of the weakening of the world's geomagnetic field, presumably a precursor to a geomagnetic pole reversal.

    It is due to the interaction of abnormal levels of energies and particles of various astrophysical objects (including the Sun), acting on the atmosphere and lithosphere.
    Also, geomagnetic fluctuations in the world's liquid outer core can also produce some of these effects.
