Am i jealous? what is this?

So i've known this friend since forever and about some years ago we kinda just lost connections with each other so now it's kinda this once-in-awhile conversation we'll have over the phone and sometimes I just get annoyed.

Like she lives far away now and I live in the state where we grew up which is cool, I love it here. Though now she lives near universal and visits there every other weekend. Like it's amazing-I'm not sure if that's what I would do but maybe it's because I feel like she has a cool opportunity to try hundreds of different things and just feel free where I can't as much.

I mean, I still care about her but we aren't as close as we used to be sadly and we have different interests. I'm just curious as to what I'm feeling or should be feeling perhaps.

    You haven't really given us anything emotion wise besides the fact that you get annoyed. Annoyed at what ? Sorry your Post is a bit vague and lacking detail.

    You say you 'love it' where you are, so why would you be jealous of someone enjoying somewhere else? If you wanted to be somewhere else, doing something else, you could couldn't you?
    I think you are just pissed because your friend deserted you and she's having a great time without you.
