Am i obese?
I weigh 90 kilos and around 175 cm. I'm a 18 year old guy I'm trying to lose weight by going for a evening walk everyday for a hour. I also want to go on a diet so if anynone knows any good diet plans tell me please!

You are obese. I know a guy who is 1.75m and he weighed 120kg.
He starting doing something called a banting diet and exercised (not alot) and the other day I saw him in the mall. He lost 25kg in 6 months (I assume you work in kg instead of lbs, seeing as you used metres to state your length)
hey , you could start jogging at least 30 mins a day or even do cardio -instead of eating junkfoods replace it with fruits or something healthy and cut down the soft drinks basically sugars try drinking alot of water and green tea.But do not starve yourself ! btw you can plan first how much you want to lose within how many months since i did that and guess what i actually sticked to my plans but you can also give yourself a treat date. Your BMI is 29.38. You are merely overweight. But for age 18, that's pretty bad.
bananas instead of chips
baby carrots instead of peanut butter and crackers
yogurt instead of ice cream
You are over weight but not a terribly high amount. The other thing about the plateaus is to change your exercise and you'll resume weight loss. Just sticking to the same thing won't get you results as fast as changing it up.
Diets don't work. Quite simply, eat less and exercise more and the weight will come off pretty quickly. However, there are plateaus, where it seems as if no matter what you do you aren't losing any more weight. You just have to stick with your program and you will get by them. Good luck.
