Am i objectum-sexual?

Everything I am attracted to lately (like, in the last few years) has been completely random and not even living things, like I have never been attracted to real people, only fictional, and since then I am attracted to tornadoes, liminal spaces, and now am also in love with a song. (It's the Spongebob closing theme song) Would you say I am objectum-sexual, or asexual, or what? Since I have no liking for humans at all. Oh and btw I'm a girl.

If you feel sexual feelings when you think about the objects, I'd say its objectum sexuality. If its only a fascination and nothing sexual I think you'd still be asexual.

    • I guess it's like a love kind of feeling, like butterflies in my tummy, increased heart-rate, things like that like how you would feel when you have a crush. So I guess that counts as sexual feelings

100% normal you are just confusing your excitement with sex because excitement can trigger the feeling before a climax

this is why sky divers dive or racers race or why bull fighters fight bulls

it just turns out your thrills are triggered by something different

like and this will sound weird but when im 100% alone like 3hr hike into the mountains i get an uncontrollable erection but at the same time feel the most at peace i ever have in my life

If it was normal then it wouldn't be considered autistic

You could make an argument for either one. Asexuality is “the lack of sexual attraction”, so technically you don’t fit that description however I feel there’s an implication that that sentence continues, “... to other people”. As you have no interest in sex with people you can say you’re asexual.

I feel the discussion of whether objective sexuality should be included in the asexual umbrella is largely avoided as some zoophiles may try to muscle their way in on the label too and for obvious reasons we don’t want that association.

Basically it’s up to you, pick the label that feels right- or use both of you prefer.

    • I don't get it though, animals aren't objects so it doesn't count as objectum-sexual

I meant that zoophiles could try to use the “I don’t feel sexual attraction to people, therefore I’m asexual” argument. Of course we don’t want to be associated with animal abuse hence the grey area of “Am I asexual if my sexual attraction isn’t towards people?” is largely not discussed (from what I’ve seen anyway).
