Am i the only one who hates iced coffee?

I'm not a coffee snob but I find iced coffee tasteless and gross. There's so many other coffee drinks that are good too. To each their own. But I feel like the whole iced coffee obsession is more of a gimmicky trend than it is people actually enjoying it. It's just an accessory. But it's annoying how people claim to love coffee but they only drink iced coffee with 4 different flavored syrups in it.

    Yeah I find it weird to have drinks like coffee cold. No matter how hot it is I drink my coffee normally, which is warm.

    I don't consider flavored coffee real coffee. But iced coffee isn't a trend. I prefer it hot, but some days a cold drink is preferred. And I know plenty of people simply don't like drinking hot beverages. They are weird. But they aren't alone.

      Iced coffee is most definitely a trend. So far, a very long one. Big chain coffee shops sell more iced than hot, and new drinks are most often iced.

        I think you may want to reevaluated your concept of a trend. Starbucks popularized it nearly 30 years ago but people have been drinking it for much longer than that. It's like soda in a way. It's addicting and not going anywhere.

    Iced coffee is the simplest and cheapest cold coffee. If you can’t figure out why people don’t want to spend extra money and time getting more complicated cold coffee drinks prepared, you’re not a snob, you’re just slow.

    My thing is hot tea. Can't get enough of it. I drink Chamomile tea before bed and sleep like the dead.
