Am i the only one who thinks long nails are nasty

As long as they're well maintained, I don't mind them. It's when people just grow them without doing anything with them that it's gross.

I love long nails, but long to me is 2 or 3mm past the end of my finger. Anything over about 12mm or 1/2 inch is too long. Yes if you're going to have long nails you need to keep them clean and kept up.

Broken, rough edge, chewed on, are as bad if not worse.

Now long toe nails anything over 2 or 3mm are not only gross but dangerous.

I'm not a fan of excessively long nails. It looks like it would be unsanitary.

Looks weird and inconvenient in my opinion.

It's not something I'm obsessed about or anything, but when I've seen people with long, painted fingernails, I have occasionally wondered how much crap (possibly even literally) is hidden on the underside. My daily activities usually don't include work that's particularly dirty, but I still end up with grime under my nails.

Long time ago I decided that anything I do not like I would not impose on myself.

I don't have any particular preferences for what people's nails should look like, as long as they're not colored unnatural colors.
