Am i too lazy ? is this normal?

I post stories on this site but its also when I write a blog/etc. Sometimes I write a big chunk of text and whiile im doing it I correct typing and grammer mistakes usually while im completing the sentence. Now if you read it again after awhile you can notice mistakes than you didnt notice before thats the human brain. Now when I write text(even now in this situation) and I finish im usually too lazy to read it all over again when im finished. Is this normal?

Now keep in mind that I wrote a book ( small one) about me and other peoples positive experience with weed and why it should be legal for medical use and how good it is. I just did it as a hobby for fun and never really published it. now in that case I read every single page after I finished so I wasnt too lazy back then! My point is if I HAVE TO be unlazy I will but I decide to be lazy usually...
