You people are all ridiculous. If any of you seriously think that one country holds the monopoly on all the world's problems, that is just ignorant and childish. Every country has problems, the whole fucking world has problems! Greed, avarice, jealousy, hatred, arrogance.....This is the human condition, not the American condition.

I'm so sick of people ranting about how much they despise Americans and generalizing the entire country in such a horrible way. It is so incredibly ignorant and childish. There are so many good people here, millions and millions of good people, the same as there are everywhere. Stop feeling so entitled. If you continue lamenting about humanity as a whole, you will die lonely, bitter, and disappointed.

There are fucked up people everywhere you go. But what about the millions of people who are just somebody's mother, daughter, son, husband, grandmother. What about the joy they get in giving their loved ones gifts on the holidays? The pain they feel when visiting a sick relative, the sadness they feel when their dog dies. Humans everywhere experience the same emotions, we're all from the same mold. To blindly hate.....I just can't understand it. Why would you want to live that way? It must be exhausting.

No matter how angry I get at strangers on the street, how frustrated I get with politicians that can't make up their mind, how sickened I become with all the problems in this world...life is still beautiful. People are still beautiful. That we can feel all these things is beautiful! But learn to control it for God's sake. You have to have some balance. It's one thing to hate, but it's another to let it eat at your soul.

We should all have pride for our own countries, but this doesn't mean we shouldn't appreciate the beauty of other cultures. If people just stop debating about who contributes what, who is richer, who is poorer, who could blast who off the map. Come on. Live your lives, they are short. Get over it and try to love a little.

And to all of you hating on Americans. I am American. I am not driven by greed or arrogance. I don't feel entitled, and I don't feel indifferent to those less fortunate than me. If I had it in my power I would do anything for anyone. I love, I feel, I'm compassionate. And I promise you, in this sense, I am not rare.

Amerikkka is a fashist criminal state that has been ruling the wolrd though fear.

The coutys of the world must unite though marxist-lenism and the juche idea to overthrow Amerikkka, its warmongering fashist govement and the wall street who control them.

"Monopolies, oligarchy, the striving for domination and not for freedom, the exploitation of an increasing number of small or weak nations by a handful of the richest or most powerful nations — all these have given birth to those distinctive characteristics of imperialism which compel us to define it as parasitic or decaying capitalism." V.I Lenin

"Imperialism will not last long because it always does evil things. It persists in grooming and supporting reactionaries in all countries who are against the people, it has forcibly seized many colonies and semi-colonies and many military bases, and it threatens the peace with atomic war. Thus, forced by imperialism to do so, more than 90 per cent of the people of the world are rising or will rise in struggle against it. Yet, imperialism is still alive, still running amuck in Asia, Africa and Latin America. In the West imperialism is still oppressing the people at home. This situation must change. It is the task of the people of the whole world to put an end to the aggression and oppression perpetrated by imperialism, and chiefly by U.S. imperialism." Mao Zedong

"It is wrong to try to avoid the struggle against imperialism under the pretext that independence and revolution are important, but that peace is still more precious." Kim Il Sung

        Are you a revisionist cruelintentions?

Mao Zedong and Kim Il Sung were political geniuses who contribute well to the communist cause.

Mao Zedong contributed greatly to Marxist-Leninist thought and his views have inspired revolutions across the world and still do today.

Kim Il Sung was the founder of the revolutionary Idea of Juche a political philosophy that has put self-reliance self reliance in the economy and defence.

Kim Il Sung also kept communism strong in Korea while most of the over communist states were succumbing to the counter-revolutions of 1989-1992.

When you referred great heroes of communism like Mao Zedong and Kim Il Sung as 'monsters' you give me the impression that you are Trotskyite scum or a revisionist. I hope neither are true.

Can you please show me how YOU rule the world? In the real world, from which you are absent from, you are being ruled; the masters of this country are your owners. You have no power and in no way, shape or form do YOU rule the world. They give you imaginary liberties which, can be taken away any minute and are. This is not a democracy; it%%u2019s a shame, period. They scare you with socialized medicine while they give taxpayer money to bail out corporations every month or so. So we end up with corporate welfare and millions of uninsured Americans. To get insurance you have to cheat lie and scheme in America.

If the Nuremberg laws were applied, then every post-war American president would have been hanged. By violation of the Nuremberg laws I mean the same kind of crimes for which people were hanged in Nuremberg. If there is any crime in the Pacific theater that compares with the crimes of the Nazis, for which they're being hanged at Nuremberg, it was the dropping of the two atom bombs.
%%u201CWe have most of the food (and give it away to every thrid, fourth and fifth world country who's people are to mother stupid to know how to plant crops)%%u201D
Yes I am sure they are too stupid to plant a crop, that%%u2019s it. It%%u2019s not that corporations exploit third world workers, it%%u2019s not the wars and embargoes(ex. cuba, Iraq) sponsored by the U.S. that killed millions of people; are responsible for their plight. No its that they are lazy and stupid in fact they are lucky that we give them aid ( after first exploiting the shit out of them) In GOD WE TRUST right?
The greatest crime ever perpetrated in the name of America is the US government's long-established practice of installing and supporting so many murderous dictatorships, primarily after the end of colonialism and during the Cold War with the all-justifying excuse of anti-communism. U.S. okayed dictators include the Saud family, Sadat, Mubarak, Saddam Hussein, Kamirov "The Boiler", $150M from the Bush administration for an air base, Mobutu, Stroessner, Saddam Hussein, Armas, Fuentes, Montt, Ayatollah Khomeini , Fulgencio Batista etc.

If the financial crisis in America gets any worse, America and the rest of the world are on the threshold of another great depression.

This will set the world back 50 years, with all the consequent poverty, starvation and general misery associated with it. Just like 1929 crisis, the financial turmoil has been initiated in America but it has a world wide impact.

Since the banking disaster started recently in America, almost 5%% of my country%%u2019s stock exchange value has been wiped off the map. That translates into billions of dollars, probably hundreds of companies and thousands of jobs washed away in a matter of weeks.

          • Great, coming to her aid once again. Why, because it is an American trait, to bail out and protect those who cannot help themselves. (Unless they have oil, shutup.)

Because I am way behind in my studying, I will make this short. I had a day worth of layover in South Korea (A country we helped) while vacationing in Vietnam around Ho Chi Mihn city (Saigon)

In South Korea, everything is rather modern and nice. THey are the "hub" of trans-pacific flights and are a great place to visit. I cannot comment on North Korea as I have never been there.

HOWEVER, Russia and China helped the North Vietnamese take the South from us and it is a raging shithole. Please look at my profile pictures to prove this and if you need more help, I could always upload more.

The difference between the US helped nations and those we couldn't help are EXTREME and to hell with anyone who states otherwise. WHile it is true, the Republican party really screwed up Iraq, as a whole, we tend to help out and make things better. So piss off if you think my country sucks. ALso, if you dislike America, then please leave because if you don't like the team, get the hell out of the stadium.

Lastly, if you want to go anywhere, Vietnam will accept you as they are starving for well to do men who have money to help out their family. Trust me on this.

america's corporations exploit third world countries??? excuse me, but that's one of the dumbest things i've ever heard. Yes, sweatshop workers earn less than minimum wage, but you're missing the point: the corporations provide JOBS. Without these opportunities, third-world sweatshop workers would be unemployed. Nobody is forcing them to work for american corporations. They choose to, because "a little money" is better than "no money".

Just think, if american corporations pulled out of the international pool, everybody, including america themselves, would be screwed.

Honestly, I solidly believe that those against capitalism just don't understand capitalism.

By the way, I am NOT an American. I was born and raised in a third-world island in the caribbean called Saint Lucia. It's thanks to America and their fat rich tourists that my country has any money at all. Oh, and without america's "economic system of greed", there wouldn't be any rich people left to bring their money to my country. It's not greed, it's success and propulsion of the economy.

          • You are obviously ignorant of america's third world exploits and how america likes to fuck countries into submission. Look at the Venezuela, Cuba, Iraq, Haiti to name a few. The engine of American foreign policy has been fueled not by a devotion to any kind of morality, but rather by the necessity to serve other imperatives, which can be summarized as follows: making the world safe for American corporations; enhancing the financial statements of defense contractors at home who have contributed generously to members of congress; preventing the rise of any society that might serve as a successful example of an alternative to the capitalist model; extending political and economic hegemony over as wide an area as possible, as befits a "great power."
American politics were dictated by corporations who had bought politicians and had friends in high places. I am not talking about tourist you moron, I am talking about america supporting cruel regimes because corporations set the foreign policy of the u.s. and have been setting it for many years.

u see the earth only has a limited amount of materials. it's as we learnt from the lion king:
    it's all just a circle
nothing disappears from the earth, it just turns into gas, turns into liquids, and then turn into solids
the only way to get rid of materials, is to shoot them out of the athmosphere, such as space travels
and therefor, the bigger you are, the more materials u have taken, and by that u make it so that its less for the others to take.

Also, I kind of think colonialism is bad, but hey, the Europeans had to find ways to survive, too; after the fall of the Mongol Empire and the rise of the Ottomans, East to West, and vice-versa, trade wasn't really accommodating to the Europeans. What do you think the Crusades were (early forms of colonialism aimed at facilitating trade for European merchants, since Islam had began to fragment and develop many different regimes by the 11th century, which made it difficult to get through the overland trade routes). However, things began to change for the Europeans when they finally learned to circumnavigate the horn of Africa (thanks Vasco de Gama 15th century), and so trade with India (colonialism by British Empire, too) and China (who initially did not trade with European Gold Standard, but then, by accident some guy named Christopher Columbus found the Americas when he was really looking for a way to the Indian Ocean from the West; which, then, led to the Portuguese and Spanish finding huge amounts of silver in Peru -- silver which the Chinese valued more -- so now trade with China is possible) was easier and actually lucrative, and swift, unlike the many empires you would have to pay tithes to on overland trade routes (which were very dangerous after the Mongol Empire began to split into hostile appanages too).

So, guess what, now the Europeans have broken into the lucrative Afro-Eurasian market, and the merchant classes of Portugal, England and Spain become so rich (e.g. silver in Peru) that they began to receive patents and charters from Kings to form trading posts (i.e., colonies) in their names. Thus, the original accumulation of capital - from small experimental forms of trade - had developed, because of the enormous amounts of wealth acquired by the merchant classes, into operational forms of acquiring capital from the New World. So, this all means that the Europeans have been propelled to world dominance by making gold more valuable than silver (which Chinese value more).

So, it was all really based on geopolitics at first, but now the entire globe is carved up, so I think that pretty soon the World-economy (which is roughly split up between the US, EU, and China) is probably gonna look like this pretty soon - US-EU and China. Just pure conjecture, don't have to believe it just saying.

I think everyone in this thread is really off topic, and talking about the world-economy instead of the actual country, the USA. This thing has really gotten out of hand, whoa! (just pulled a Keanu Reeves)...Anyway, I don't think the US is so bad, I think there has been a couple leaders in the past who were greedy and played it too close, but not all politicians are old dirty bastards. If all you people are looking for someone/thing to blame, then blame the development of capitalism in the US.

I don't really have hard facts to back this up, but if you look at it from a broad perspective, the economic sector in the USA (capitalism) is what gave rise to the nation-state; I think it should have been the other way around. Such as in Europe, where there is a good balance between the economic sectors and the governmental apparatuses in charge of the collective society and economy.

Since the USA was strictly founded by colonizers from Europe, which shows that the original USA were built as colonies to generate and gather resources to ship back to Europe (purely profit). The original colonizers never imagined they would have formed a state of their own, no idea of revolution was there. Only overtime did that idea cross the minds of the colonies once their leaders began to notice: "hey, they're all the way there and we're all the way here, so why are we paying taxes and not taking advantage of our situation. Hell, they're thousands of miles away fighting against other nations and dealing with their own internal problems, too. Lets go for it!" (propaganda machine starts, probably)

That is pretty much how I look at things. That there is no harmony between capitalism and the collectivity of American society and government. Instead, you see the economy taking control and dictating the moves. This is bad, I think, but not every aspect of America is.

Ok, Ms October you got one fact wrong: the most powerful armies in the world are either the French (surprise!) because it's so efficient it could raid you in the middle of the night, kill the whole city and you would not notice; the other is the Chinese. Do you even know how many people are in the Chinese army? Well I don't and that scares the shit out of me. They are so many people in China!
The age of the western world being the superpower is over. It's China's and Russia's turn.
I was born in America and raised in Europe; it's thanks to people like the guy up there who asked if it was normal that I used to be ashamed of stating my nationality, so I used that of my adoptive country, which is SHIT. Yeah, Italy sucks. Try coming to live here all of you and you'll realise how lucky you are to be living in the US. The media is manipulated directly by the government, the laws are decided on the whims of the prime minister, it's like living in a dictatorship. So. Calm the hell down, you who asked the question. You have no idea what actual greed means.
It means trying to set up a law to pull funds from private bank accounts. In America, if this happened, there would be national riots. Why? Because one of the great things about the US is that the people can have everything they want if they work hard enough. Where do you think the first movements against slavery came from?
Europe was to preoccupied looking down on their black servants to even think of it. Do you forget Europe spawned fascism and nazism?

Let me put this straight. Every single one of you are acting like ignorant selfish 14 year olds (I would know) you all think that you country is better than the other. "lets gang up on America" and then we say "lets bomb their brains out" REALITY CHEACK!! China has problems. America has problems. France has problems. UK has problems. Japan, Brazil, Ethiopia, and even Germany has problems. Geuss what?? WE ALL HAVE PROBLEMS!!! So maybe America has bounced back, and we do help other people, take WWII for example, we save Europes asses but you know we had Allis!! We need help to and the sterotype of us is not even true for most of us. I am educated in that area. And we all, even Americans, need to realize their own problems before you all can judge other countrys. We all work hard and any way you all look at it, we all have the Right to Nautral Right since we were born. Maybe once we can solve our own problems then we can "omigod your wrong I'm right" other people (this goes for everyone), and once you do this, we might be able to shake hands and say:
    "I'm sorry"

Finally a place where I can express my opinion for America, america lovers look away now.

    O.K. then.

First to all of you right wing, governental loving idiots, whilst you may think that america is perfect I am going to disprove eeeeverything that you think is so awesome about prickland, aka america.

First off the economy, you think that you are supporting all of us and everywhere else in the world? well guess again, one quick look at the guiness world record book will show that the largest debt ever ammased was by america for a whopping total of 144 billion dollars and on the rise, most of it owed to britain and japan, and about 90%% will at some point be spent on the yearly 4.4 billion spent on guns(no bombs, cannons, tanks just guns) every year and rising as new technology is being discovered(this first part is very well informed so dont contradict me)

    Second your gigantic ego.
America...everyone loves you right? no...you THINK that they do but think about it, how many people have made massive moral uprisings against america?
Saddam hussein, Marx, Osama, Lockerbie, Taliban, Iran, etc and you still wont change a thing about your system to stop the attacks because your ego tells you that if you change that your precious voters will rebel against you but think about it...how many people do you think worry day and night about troops that YOUR CRAPPY GOVERNMENT forced to fight in iraq for what? to bring democracy to countries that seemed to be a lot better off than you?

    Third cares.

Does america care about what stuff costs?
    No!
Does america care about other peoples beleifs?
    No!
Does america care about the aftermath of war?
    No!
Because they think someone else will do it for them!!!

If you get down to core of it, does america stand on its own money? nope as mentioned before they take money from britain(which caused our credit crunch) and japan to fund for their weapons like (informed answer) tomahawk missiles!

In the "information age" or as it should be called, the "mis-information age", all we know about each other is what we read or see on a flickering screen, and we believe we are "informed". So sad. Americans are no different than Europeans but the media had a field day pitting one against the other. I suggest you take a year and move to America, live in a small community, and you will see, Americans are just like you. Turn off you TV and disconnect your internet and just live. You will be surprised when you realize how much you have been brainwashed.

America is agreeably a pretty fucked up place right now...not the 'America' Thomas Jefferson was probably envisioning. Lots of arrogant wealthy people living sheltered from reality, keeping the poor undereducated and without hope of achieving their own 'American Dream.' But it is still my country. It's just a bunch of people living together, just like any other country. Americans do tend to have the 'uber-superiority' mentality more than other nationalities, but I sense another type of arrogance coming from places like Western Europe; a kind of "we're in the know" mentality that is equally full of shit. It's all just social studies 101...who will be the next world power? Oh, and you're welcome for light bulbs, the steam engine, airplanes, phonographs, moving pictures, the modern telephone, cellular phones, practical electric power transmission, open heart surgery, modern neursurgery, nuclear energy, particle accelerators, home computers and rap music...

    Randomly:

I keep hearing people in this thread say 'If you hate America so much, why not move to a different country?'

You know, I would actually love to do that. Not because I hate America, but because it's always been a dream of mine to live abroad. Or at least travel (but yeah, economy sucks, minimum wage sucks, no money sucks) but there is also one more problem with that. I'm honestly afraid to go to a different country, mainly because of all the hate I feel just for being born in America.

It's like, if I go to Japan, or Britian, or Ireland, or anywhere, and people know I'm an American tourist, what would they think? Would they group me under the stereotype of "fat, stupid, stubborn, arrogant, greedy" ect?? Reading threads like this makes me think that, yeah, they would.

I am American. Am I proud to be one? Sometimes. Do I hate other countries or think that I am better than them just because I was born here? Definitely not. But really, I think it's better off during this time if I staid where I was. Especially since I'm feeling so much animosity from all sides.

I don't have to worry about armies blowing the crap out of me, I can fill myself up with food when I want and water comes out of a tap. Also I have free healthcare which has worked everytime for me.

I can vote without hassle who runs my country and generally they are good guys and girls.

One thing I hate about USA is their foreign politics... America gives money to to dictators all over the world and even establishes new ones. They kill people, commit mass murders? But while they help the large corporations, people close their eyes and let this happen. USA troops commit war crimes and many of them never get punished. America invades other countries ignoring their rights. The so-called "war on terror" is a joke. Some think they can do anything and get away unpunished. And because of the politics of fear, mainstream media and and a wall of lies they can. Justice, freedom? Forget about that, your government can put you in the prison or even kill you and nobody will give a fuck. And it's the society of consumers. America consumes more than gives, ignores civil rights and thinks It's the ruler of the world. And, in the near future it can get fascistic - In the times of decadence people look for a savior. Hitler was a savior of Germany. People believed him, loved him. With the right events and the right leaders that can happen in any country of the world. (especially with such ignorant people as Ms_October)

It can be a beautiful country, but right now it's foreign politics can be described as terrorism. There are many countries far worse than America, but they aren't global superpowers.

Is it normal that a country as young as America is so powerful and so great that people In other countries have nothing better to do then complain about how horrible america is, like a teenage girl jealous of her classmate, because all the boys in school like her the best. An example of proof ~ americans like me are minding our business. When out of now where comes some cry baby foreigners talking about how America sucks. And people like me having to tell them to fuck off. But proof comes in the fact that while their always thinking about the united states. 90 percent of Americans never think about other countries. Why would we? But before people in other countries open their big mouths. they should look at themselves firstn example number 1 France. Americans helped liberate there country long age because we were supposed to be friends. Then during the Iraq conflict ( which I did not support ) but had The right to oppose as an American citizen not European. The turned there back on us. Friends are supposed to have each others back. no matter what. And Germany of all countries should not be so high and mighty. How many people were murderd by the Nazis. I hate americans in general, yet i have many friends here in america... how can this be? well, because the stereotypical image that americans have is a majority, when you see an enemy army you think "these guys are all heartless murderers" ...but they think the same of you.

The biggest problem i have with Americans as a people is cockiness and false pride. This is obviously a generalization though...
Our economy is failing. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. soon there will be only 2 classes of people.
Our dollar is a disgrace. How could we let this happen? and whats more how can we continue to WANT the manufacturing of more money, decreasing its value with each printing?? Instead of sitting around like cattle veiling to McDonalds and vegetating to American idol there are people who see past all these media fueled distractions and actually care about the people living around us who might not see there own suffering spending hours on end in front of their televisions without a care in the world, so cynical to think they count for anything. It is why we the people need to change this situation we are in. We need to strengthen our family's and neighbors, not by information shoved through a tube to get you to buy products enslaving children in third world countries. WE can do it, we just need to convince enough people that they actually make a difference. Dont let these corporations manipulate us and our families any longer, we don't need them to feel happy! The corporations are definitely greedy. Just look at the way things are going now. Gee I wonder why we're in this economic crisis; it's all because of greed and not enough regulation of the stock market.

Politicians couldn't be summed up in a better word. Fear is the number one thing, or word they instill into your brain to vote for him/her. • *I'm* the ignorant one?

Catch a clue, cupcake - you've as much as admitted that IF something goes horribly wrong with the American economy the rest of the world will suffer.

Can we put two and two together?

And Our banking disaster has wiped almost 5%% of Your countries stock exchange value? Hmmm, could it be that Your country is one of the Many that We've been propping up, financially, for years? (Not that we should - we in America have this problem, we insist upon helping every two bit country -many of which not so secretly hate us- on the earth. We shouldn't.

As far as what happens to Your people and economy, here's a thought: Instead of blaming America and our currently bad economy for your troubles, why not take the bull by the horns and try blaming Your Own leaders. I realize it is tough to stand on your own two feet after several decades of American help and bail outs, but give it a shot.

Bottom line, unless you are An American (and if so, I can't for the life of me figure why we are even having this conversation) then Ultimately it really isn't Our problem if Your country thrives or folds under it's own weight.

We help and we give and we help and we give, and at most, all many other countries can do is stand there with one thumb up their ass and the other hand outstretched whilst Demanding (Loudly) : M.O.R.E.

America stumbles, The World crashes. In that case don't you think it would be better Supporting us rather than putting the bad mouth out about us?

    The Divine Ms. O.

Incorrect. We do not financially prop up other countries, we borrow from them. We owe currency to almost all established nations, and we also owe our central bank 11 trillion dollars. You obviously watch TV, and the news. Two of the most ingenious brainwashing mechanisms we have yet come up with. You probably don't have a subjective mind, and are easy to be led in the wrong direction, hard to be led in the right. Like a sheep. Baa. No, this nation is not Normal. Normal would be a nation that does not lock humans in cages for years. Treats all citizens with respect and love, and instead of demanding taxes, it should take care of itself for the good of the citizens. In our Declaration, we are told to attack, disassemble, and receonstruct our govt. should its goals ever jeopardize the interests of its people. It does this almost daily. War, poverty, police violence, political corruption, and many, many other things. These are just the things WE KNOW they do. What all americans should do now is either buy a gun, and completely eradicate our govt. I think we should start with the CIA since they like dealing cocaine, and working with other countries to kill their leaders and usurp control. Thats the first, then the FBI...

      • yeah that's right the US is the worst possible country until you compare it to all the other countries and then it's not too bad.

and as far as the ideal country you wish for could you please specify where such a country exists?? even in sweden the police beat up protestors and tax the daylights out of their citizens.

        • They do compare US and other countries look at the Quality-of-life index for example we are 13th (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quality-of-life_index) or education index we are 19th (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education_Index) or the Human Development Index we are 13th again (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Development_Index) etc

October. Was that last post made in earnest? You seriously cannot think that.

So when the American economy suffers and there's an impact in my country, it's because "America was propping us up"? Really?

The same thing happened in macro economies such as China, England, Germany and Japan? Is America "propping up" those countries as well? Don't you think it has maybe a little more to do with how small the world has become in the information age?

Let me ask you this: If the LSE (go google it) was to crash today, what would the impact be on Wall St? Nothing? It will be a bloodbath, that's what. Anyone of 20 other economies in the world can bring all of us into another financial dark age.

But it doesn't happen in those countries, it happens in America, where greed and unprincipled businesses once again has bought the world that little closer to crisis.

We can all acknowledge that America's influence is vast as it has been for the better part of half a century. Why then has it not learnt by now to act in a responsible manner? Is this the first time? Nope. Will it be the last? Nope.

But I'm not here to argue her merits nor am I here to give a lesson in economics. I don't even have a particular problem with Americans. What I do have a problem with though, is someone who spouts that "we are the world leader and guiding light" bullshit that ignorant Americans like to throw around; especially now that America is responsible for the world wide crunch we find ourselves in.

It's due to shit like this and the manner in which you come across in this forum, that America is despised around the world. How do you think your posts are coming across on this thread?

Spare yourself further embarrasment and just admit you said something stupid and that you're sorry.

    • I don%%u2019t hate America I hate Americans. I don%%u2019t care for Britain, they are by far not a Utopia; they still pretend they have a monarchy and state religion, what fucks. The French on the other hand have something going on.

%%u2018Fact of the matter is, the USA is the country that:%%u2019

      A: Feeds
      B: Protects
      C: Bails out
Are you joking? America is owned by China and Japan; it will continue to be bought up by the beast of the China%%u2019s ever expanding economy. China owns 321 billion of US debt and Japan owns 640 billion. 2 trillion of US debt is owned by foreigners. I hope you know how to speak Mandarin. Yeah USA is the country that feeds, protects and bails out the extravagantly wealthy.
You claim that %%u201Cwe insist upon helping every two bit country -many of which not so secretly hate us- on the earth.%%u201D Please, the US never helps out any country under any circumstances unless it sees benefits for its leaders, corporations or geopolitical advantage.
Your arguments are vague, uninformed and at times laughable; I guess you%%u2019re just another product of the great American educational system. If everyone would be a %%u201CProud American%%u201D like you we would still be governed by the British.

typical of someone who is uninformed, bashing someone for stating the facts, do you believe, honestly for one second if the USA put a boycott on chinese made goods they wouldn't fall apart in 10 days? If you think they wouldn't you're a moron. Yeah we owe debt, who the fuck doesn't, yet we still are the basis for the world. IF the usa for some reason fell the world would break into mass chaos. I also find it funny people are so concerned with Americas financial dealings yet no one seems concerned with the amounts of toxic gasses chinese factories are pouring into the worlds air. If global warming occours, its not americans who caused it, that would be the chinese, no cap on co2 emissions, makes me sick! Theyre locust

azerothen, where in the name of sweet Jesus do you get your "facts" from? I could contradict these "facts" all night long but that would be tantamount to giving you a handout, so do your own research. As far as the big ego goes, why not? Again, I could carry on all night about Nobel prizes (except Gore and Obama), technology, athletics, financial assistance, military assistance, et al. As far as your idea of moral goes, I noticed the outstanding list of individuals that you put forth. Very impressive! Last time I checked none of these "moral giants" of yours even allow their people to vote. I will agree with you that a good number of us here do find our vote precious, and so do a massive number of immegrants from those countries and, yes, many other countries as well. I will also point out to you that NO ONE in this country is forced to fight as our military has been all volunteer for the past thirty five years. Most of us do care what things cost, we do respect others's beliefs (see immegration) and I will bet that we have spent more money helping those countries that we have defeated in war afterwards than any other country that exists. In closing, there were a group of greedy business people along with a lot of bleeding heart progressives/democrats that tossed our financial system. However, is that not how the Japanese, English and the rest of the world also lent a hand in this fiasco? You should really learn how to relax...
