Anal fissure

Lately im having anal fissures more frequently. previously i used to have it in 1 year or 2 times a year. But now its more frequent. It hurts a lot and bleeds when i drop a big one. Although it gets better easily after i eat high fiber cookies or cereal the frequency is bothering me. Does this happen to many people.
