        hello sir chazwick,

i have been reading a book by Dr. Barry Friedman, an anesthesiologist. it is a free download of about 130 pages entitled “getting over, going under” and that it is necessary to use a brain monitor so you get the correct dose of anesthesia to the mid brain which controls in addition to: concentration and temperature (this is why I always feel like a have a flu with a high temperature) and all the other patients like myself that have the same symptoms.

I would just like to know how long this will last or if it is permanent, which would be awful.

I highly doubt you are having withdrawals from midazolam. Unless you had surgery everyday for a couple of weeks and suddenly stopped..then I would say it is a possibility. Do you take any other sort of benzodiazepines, like ativan or xanax or clonazepam?? I think you are over thinking things. Your source of misery must be caused by something other than withdrawals from benzos. Benzo withdrawals are also thought to be the worst drug withdrawals a person can go through. What you describe sounds more like mild dehydration. The fact your doctors are not on board with you should be telling.
