Ankle fusion 3 years ago.. shoe inserts?

I use an insole insert in my shoes after the ankle-fusion procedure, now 3 years later and with a new pair of walking shoes do I need the inserts?

That is impossible to say. You should discuss that with a professional but it probably wouldnt hurt to keep wearing the inserts. I wear inserts in my shoes all the time because I need them and you get used to having them. Some shoes are designed special to give support to the feet though and if your shoes are of that kind then you probably don't need the inserts.

So wait your ankle doesn't rotate anymore? It's fused to your foot?

I've never had surgery are they like actual biologically compatable screws?
