Anonymity can hurt.

This isnt a good place for getting your feelings hurt. People will just say what they think. I dont hold anything personal against users here but I have hurt feelings before unintentionally, although I try to be honest and helpful even if it is what someone doesnt want to here. It wouldnt be meaningful just to always agree on anything,

I think everybody doesn't notice me here except Cuntsicklestick. I do look up to some users here. Those users that I like had hurt my feeling on my post actually except Cuntsicklestick of course.

Sorry if I said something rude to you. I can be a bit blunt. I know how you feel, however. But the comments that bug me are the ones who do not take my post seriously and just make a joke instead of being real. I don't really post stories anymore.

I try to be consistent. Since I don't know the OP then I couldn't tailor a comment to that person. When there is a response I still try to be consistent, but I do find I will not respond the same way to a member who I generally respect, the same way I would to the average cretin who posts.
That bothers me, but I guess it's pretty natural.

I dont post, even if I did I wouldnt care bout the comments too much, the negatives should be expected tho

I once made a comment on someone's story which came across patronizing as I basically told them they were being silly to think the way they were thinking. Then when that person responded they didn't reply anonymously so I saw it was a friend of mine on the site and I felt really bad for how I came across and deleted the comment.

She asked me why i deleted the comment and she said that she liked how level headed I am, and that the comment was fair. So maybe I'm just paranoid about the sensitivities of others, or how I come across at times, and people can take more than I give them credit for.

There's a couple of people I've come across who are real quick to degenerate into being rude and insulting for no good reason. They know who they are . And no I dont mean Bobbythebear!

Actually it's the other way round in my experience - users who hate my guts will be nice to my anonymous stories.

I have been greatly insulted by some anonymous people online, both on IIN and elsewhere.

I indulge my own impulsiveness here on IIN. I think most users have noticed this and rate my responses accordingly.

A friend of mine made an IIN post using my account when he forgot the password to his account. The answers on the post weren't hurtful, but they weren't good answers either. He posted a serious question, but got mostly non serious answers. Well, actually they were serious, which sort of disgusted me as well. He stopped logging in to IIN after that day.

Once or twice I've been made to feel like I'm over-reacting by people who listen and respect my problems when I talked to them privately. Not often though.

Yes, but I appreciate harsh advice. And likewise, I've probably been offensive to users I like.

Actually... no, most of the users here have been consistent.

I always wonder if I've said something shitty to someone I like because I didn't know it was them. I don't mean most of what I say as mean though. I love you!

I haven't made any friends here but there are some users I like that made MEAN comments on my posts. But i don't REALLY care I just let it go.

IIN users have trashed me, but i do not care. if it makes them feel good, then let them. it does not impact me much.
