Anxiety problems!?

This has been happening for like 3 years now whenever im at school or a public places I have this extreme anxiety! It's soo annoying and sometimes painful and I'm sick of it! Any tips to reduce it naturally or should I get meds for it? Thanks. Btw IIN?

    I've had anxiety for a while know too, it can be so unbearable sometimes. I know that going outside is greatly helpful. Try taking a technology detox for a few days (don't go on computer, tv, phone,etc). I know it might be hard but it really helps.

    Dou you mean social anxiety? Like getting nervious around people? Because I had that. And it's normal, everyone feels anxiety sometimes. If it's too extreme, people use meds, but try to overcome it without them. Breathe to calm down... Think that there's no reason to feel that way... Don't care about other people's opinion...
