Any advice for relaxing jaw/neck/throat-area?

And please no drugs I know there are druggies on here I would like some advice on how to naturally relax the muscles in said areas because for me theyve been so tense for a while now it hurts and I can barely eat because my jaw is so tired it starts to hurt when I chew and my neck and back of my head hurts too and my throat muscles. I got two checkups and there is nothing physically wrong with me I am just tense and I dont know why its so bad I am always tense due to stress but its so bad now. I stretch my neck all the time but it doesnt help anymore. Why is my jaw so sore? I dont know if maybe I bite when I sleep. What can I do?I guess I am stressed because I have once again bitten the skin off my lips to the point of bleeding.

    Learn how to massage the muscles involved. It may help a lot to have someone who can massage the upper back and back of the neck.

    I've observed both my jaw drop to a comfortable state and my neck align when I practise meditation or mindful breathing. If you have no experience with these, for a complete beginner best will work breathing with arm movements. Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your arms overhead while breathing in and let them go down as you breathe out.

        Then try with movements as I suggested or use guided meditation tracks. Type breath awareness in Youtube, there are plenty
