Got a problem with is it normal on my phone and trying to figure out if it's the site or my phone.

About a month ago is it normal stopped working on the default phone browser, I'd put in my username and password then the page would reload, this would repeat, now whenever I try to visit is it normal I get a message reading too many server redirects.

I downloaded the dolphin browser and it's been working fine since instill recently, I can only change my profile pic on the desktop version but now I can't access it on my phone, I get taken to the desktop site but as soon as I log in I get taken back to the mobile site and my laptops broken so I can't change my pic.

Anyone else have this issue?

    Are you using the mobile site? And I've never been able to load a pic from my phone. I'm ok with mine for a while though I think so I've never tried another way. My laptop is too plagued to touch.
