Anyone on here can diagnose my symptoms?

Fatigue during the day, multiple naps

Often wake up in the morning with dry eyes, dry mouth and headache (this is new - what is this from? I'm properly hydrated)

Horrible mood in the morning until about noon or so (extremely negative)

Eat pretty healthy but overweight about 50 lbs (still too many calories from healthy food)

Don't drink anymore but might have overdone it for a few years

Light pain every once in a while in lower right abdomen, which seems to have gotten a little worse because of extreme stress at work

Very sedentary lifestyle

Frequent fuzzy non-painful headaches, hot face, gets flush red sometimes

Docs said I have high blood pressure (was always low before)

If I start exercising more will that fix a lot of these problems?
I can't see a doctor right now. It's really hard to start an exercise routine due to being so tired.

This all started when they put up 5G towers in my area, especially the fuzzy headaches. I dunno if it's just a coincidence, never felt okay after that.

While exercising and getting into shape will help... there may be a variety of other issues that can cause this.

If this developed in the last couple years after you were sick from Covid (weather you knew it or not) it could be from "Long Covid"

You really need to have a Dr check things out. There are about a half dozen things to verify, Thyroid function, testosterone, liver function, etc.

Unfortunately, no medical test can identify Long Covid for sure, although there are tests being researched that seem to identify the reason behind some of the Long Covid issues.

I wish you well with this,

You’re going to need a blood test to narrow down the possibilities. It sounds like one of them could be a non-alcoholic fatty liver.

In the mean time, start walking 20 minutes a day. Get a good pair of shoes.

Actually you do hope it’s that.

That can be repaired with a bit of simple lifestyle changing.

Pretty cool comment 😎. Working with people requires emotional reflexes that are beyond my comprehension. You have a way with words.

Eat cleaner, drink more water during the day, try meditating and exercising, keep your phone out of the bedroom, make sure you're getting adequate vitamin d, lay off processed foods, reduce sugar intake, try CBD oil, go outside more often, take nature walks etc.

100% yes exercising will help tremendously. You'll be surprised how much it helps. If you work your way up to doing a slow jog for 30 minutes a day you’ll be filled with energy and your endorphins will be firing off right. Ive had covid for 8 days, im better now, but I have been avoiding the gym just incase I infect someone and they infect an old person. Anyway, I can definitely tell the difference in my mood and anxiety since I havent been. I feel like I get autistic type issues that come back if im inactive and they disappear if I have been working out daily. Its like brain damage or something idk but working out cures my issues.

How do you work out as a trucker? Hell how much freetime/sleep time do you get?

Well right now I am only working 50 hour work weeks and then on the way home I stop by at the gym and usually workout for an hour and a half. Then I usually sleep 6 or 7 hours. I dont have much freetime usually an hour and a half a day after I workout. But after thanksgiving Ill increase my hours to nearly 70 to pay for christmas gifts for everyone.

Yo if you have a big UPS center maybe you should just work there. You'll start as a part time loader and if you sign the bidsheets for feeders they will train you to drive and feeders starts out at 32 an hour. Then after 4 years of feeders you go to 40 an hour, but you can make so much more than that if you do mileage runs, mileage runs are equivalent to 60 an hour. You can make so much fuckin money there its ridiculous. Some ppl are making well over 200k a year. And its a union job its nearly impossible to get fired. Its the best trucking company.

Depending on your age I would say low testasterone. It dips after mid 20s. That solves for fatigue and heart problems.

You drool your sleep or dont drink enough water before bed.

If it's none those problems than its possibly sleep apnea. 50 pounds overweight is obesity increasing you chances of having apnea. That causes fatigue throughout the day and constant headaches since your sleep quality is trash.

            • I've been visiting those sites but it's hard to diagnose complex symptoms that could be one problem or multiple problems.
