No. I just wanted their cute little faces. It's not murder, it's collecting. :)
In legal terms? No, that's not how it works. Homicide means "the killing of one person by another". There are lots of types of homicide, including murder, self-defense , manslaughter etc. Self-defense is not typically classified as murder if reasonable force was used, and depending on where you are that might not matter either. Killing in war can be called murder or not, depending on who is doing it :P
it would have been better for you to define both. bt id feel like a murderer no matter what. except animals thats hunting. unless your killing the animals for no reason then thats murder.
All murders are homicides but not all homicides are murder.
The term homicide is sometimes used synonymously with murder, homicide is broader in scope than murder. Murder is a form of criminal homicide; other forms of homicide might not constitute criminal acts.
Don't ask how Virgil Manly knows.
Yes, I know killing a cow, or rabbits for meat is an amazing concept but people have been doing it for awhile. Its sad to know that people as ignorant live in this world. Just shows how very stupid the human race has become.
Yeah, but killing a how or rabbit is also not homicide. Since you mention killing for food in the context of homicide it sounds like you're talking about cannibalism.
That's not homicide. You sound like you're talking about killing people to eat them, or to steal their food. Both of which would probably be considered murder...
I dont think there is a collective answer to this, it depends on the person's opinion. I personally believe that it isn't murder if you are defending yourself or someone else from someone with a lethal weapon (knife, bat, gun etc.) and I think it would depend upon the severity of the situation.
