It would spend its life trying to catch and eat itself, or run away from itself.

Unless it was produced threw gene splicing, no. They are two completely different species. It's not even a natural hybrid. Ligers and mules are examples of commonly found hybrids, yet in both, both of the parents are of the same genus. (Tigers and lions are both felines, horses and donkeys are both equine) A rabbit and cat aren't even of the same genus. Cats are feline predators. Rabbits are lagamorph prey animals.
Maybe if scientists combine their genes or something... But I doubt it'd be able to survive very well.
No they can not reproduce. They are in completely different orders. However, there is a cat that was born without his two front legs. He looks like a cabbit 😊
