Lately I've been curious about social media influencers, no I don't plan on being one since I don't see any future in it however I've been wanting to know if they are narcissists.
If they are narcissists what makes them narcissists?

Of fucking course they are narcissists!
They literally have to sell themselves as a brand to make money.
Most people in general are “narcissists.” Mental disorders aren’t real and are just a buzzword thrown around for certain personality traits
A “narcissist” is a full on list of specific traits that have to be met in a pervasive way in order to be one. Far from just a buzzword. Overlap in things is an issue, but that’s about it.
So while most influencers are attention whores like a narcissist, many would lack the other criteria necessary to be classified as such.
It’s just like when a person lacks empathy. People think the person is a psychopath because they are uneducated regarding the topic. They do not seem to grasp it’s about 20 different traits that all have to be there.
Quite specific and extensive.

Basically yeah thats what a disorder is. Its a label to describe a personality trait. Theres no blood test for it. No gene. Its not a disease. Its a label used to diagnose ppl to give them treatment.
I think they're entitled but I dont know about them having the disorder.
Yeah, I think most of them are narcissists, and I mean that in the clinical sense. Not all of them, of course, but above 50%? I wouldn't be surprised.
Some of them are. I actually like Logan Paul tho. I didnt used to. But I think he's alright. He has good podcasts.
