I'm in my late teens and I spend at most an hour watching porn almost everyday, usually less. Every week or so I quit for a few days, mainly to make sure my dick still works right without it. Are my habits normal? I've been worried about becoming addicted to it.

An hour is a lot, and everyday? I think you ARE addicted to it. It could be worse, it always could be worse, but if you have enough strength to back off for a few days why don't you just do it for longer? Don't let your body tell you what to do, don't let it make your decisions for you, you have a mind too. And a soul really, that probably wants better things than that.
If you enjoy it and have the time, there's nothing wrong with it. I don't think you have a problem unless you're obsessive and spend time watching porn at grave expense to important things in your life.
I'd say an hour a day is a lot / too much, and you are more addicted to it than is healthy (i'd say no more than 30 minutes a day is okay), or you have mastered the art of masturbation and know how to come close then ease back and come close and ease back without too much downtime in between sensation peaks.
Normal to watch porn and masturbate, but in your late teens, you could be using that energy to find a nice girl to explore your sexuality with.
