Are straight guys and lesbians the most desperate?

When I was looking for a date online the men who identified as straight and the women who identified as lesbian would give me the hardest time when it came to rejection. They never took it well and would try and argue with me. Or they'd say something like "you're the only one on the site that went on a date with me"

People that identified as bi, transgender, pansexual, etc took it really well and they didn't turn it into a shitstorm. Even the gay guys that were looking to experiment with women took rejection well.

Not all of the straight guys and lesbians were like this. But whenever someone got butthurt, it was always these two types. Is it normal? I'm 99.9% positive that none of those people were actually into me and we're just desperate.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Online dating is a shitshow in general.

  • In my experience of being bi it's impossible to find someone of the same gender on dating apps. For some reason (unless maybe you live in a big city) there's hardly any woman on them who's seriously looking for a woman to date. Most women online looking for another woman are bi-curious looking to "mess around" or a straight *cough* cuck *cough* woman looking for someone to please her boyfriend with in a threesome.
So that might be why lesbians take rejection harder. It's so difficult for them to meet someone.
And straight men, well... What to say. There's lots of them who considers themselves entitled to a woman for something as basic as acting like a normal, decent human being.

Because dick is abundant and it’s harder to get pussy basically.

Online dating is a good way to meet weirdos.

I agree there are so many weirdos on Tinder that it's unbelievable.

But in a pandemic for many of us it's the ONLY way to meet new people.

Straight guys have the biggest pool to choose from, so no, not as a rule.

That’s just a “type” of straight guy.
