Isn't everyone around their private parts?
Unless, of course, they shave.
I don't think I'm too much of a furry but it depends on how one defines "furry".
My own definition would be "everyone interested in animal-human hybrids being not limited to video and literature material but enclosing, for example, genetic engineering in creating actual hybrids or becoming one themselves".
Since I like werewolves and I'm sometimes behaving like an animal this would make me a bit of a furry, but as far as one is not obsessed in becoming a dolphin or chimera I don't see anything wrong in that.
However, if you start howling or barking randomly at dogs from passersbys while in the underground train.... it is just annoying and weirding people out. You should go see a doc then. With such behavior you'll have trouble finding a job, even getting a roof over your head.
IDK if this qualifies, but I have a fixation for fluffy costumes (animals, pokemons, whatnot)
Sure. I personally do not care for the costumes or even the more anthropomorphic art. I have a fursona, but I really only enjoy the kind where im all human with bunny accesories, ears, tail, and sometimes a pinker nose or something.
Sounds more like your more into pet play to me. When I hear Furry I think like people in full on costume, kind of like those people from the musical cats. If your just going to throw on a collar some ears and tail then your not really going all out into furry status.
I used to be.. but with the social climate changing, i cannot stand to even look in the general direction of the community anymore. I still have a sona, i still like the costumes, and i still enjoy the artwork.. but holy Hell, fuck the community
