I am a furry, I don't talk about it very often because of all the misconceptions and hate furries tend to get in most online forums. :x I've been to Anthrocon and Acen, and this year I plan to go to those two again and Tekko, though the latter two are anime conventions. I'd like to get out to more but I just can't afford it, AC just happens to be close enough to me that it's doable.
I have a suit though I haven't worn it enough lately, I need to go to WalMart again sometime soon and mess with people. >:3
I am a furry and I like furries. I don't really like yiff (furry porn) but i can appriciate the art. Being furry is fun and exciting :) its a great time going to cons and talking to complete strangers like they have known you as their best friend for a long time!
I am a furry but I no longer attend conventions. I pretty much live inside the furry closet now.
I'm really not a furry, and don't really get it. But they are people, like everybody else. And this hobby is harmless enough. Don't know why people hate them so much.
For some reason, I'd never even heard of the term Furry until I started using this site. I'm not one and I've never heard of anyone in real life being one. So I'm not even sure if there are conventions here. I don't really understand what it is or why people frown upon it. I thought it was just people dressing up as animals.
Most people who are Furries and/or Bronies wont say anything about it in public, seeing that there are a lot of people that look down on others for liking this sort of thing. Its like being a Trekkie or a lord of the rings fan in the 1980's. honestly, You wont hear me talking about(much less admitting to) either in real life.
and the media definitely DOES NOT help that image at all!
I don't understand furry people. Do you get turned on by humping anybody in an animal suit? Or a girl/guy in an animal suit.
Do you ask their gender before you dry hump them, or do you just... Do it? Lolz just a question. Im not judging anybody.
It would seem awkward for me to find out i humped some dude.
