I'm scared of falling around in a comedic fashion when getting in and out of boats.
I had a small cabin cruiser a number of years back. I used to pilot up the Big Rideau Lake, The Upper Rideau Lake and went down the canal system (Rideau Canal) towards Kingston. I loved getting up in the morning and diving into water and using Dawn (a biodegradable dish soap) to wash my hair and nether bits. ;) What I wouldn't give to have those days back.
Neither. Even after I almost drowned and a lifeguard saved me I loved swimming.
When I was younger I almost drowned. Kept me out if the water for years. I guess that makes it normal to be afraid if something bad happened.
If say yes, personally I live the water and hope to pursue diving as a career but that's just me
I'm scared of riding boats because they drag you out to places where, sometimes, you can't come back. And I'm reminded every time I'm on a boat and there is rocking and it will not ever cease.
I could never be afraid of being in there with them, floating in bliss :)
