Are you automatically a nerd if you watch anime?

If you like it it's one thing, and if you're so obsessed with it that it's all you talk about, and you push your interest on others it's another thing

What makes people a nerd/ geek/ dweeb/dork is how said person interacts with society based on what they like.

I get called lovingly a dork. I enjoy anime and can hold a conversation about specific ones without ninja running down a school hallway or using specific lingo at the wrong time

It's rather difficult to be considered a nerd currently. Things like anime, video games, and Dungeons and Dragons are mainstream now.

I watch a lot of anime and have never considered myself to be a nerd. I think some other people probably think of me as a nerd, but they can suck my dick.

Dispite watching more anime series than my girlfriend I still call her the weeb because she likes mainstream anime, especially demon slayer.
