No, but people often mistaken my pure honesty and observations as racist.

I don't hate any race. I do, however, hate people thy are stereotypes of a race. The gaggle of black guys that always hangs out at the mass transit stations and harass people.
The Mexican family that packs 12 family members into a two bedroom apartment and is totally uncaring of their neighbors.
The wiggers that act like gangsters and try to man up in front of their gangbanger friends.

Don't like them. Races are fine, in general. Some of their representatives...not so much.

Most people have racist thoughts whether they want to or not. I can be friends with any individual but there is some truth behind certain stereotypes...where I live a huge percentage of Mexicans and Puerto Ricans came here just for welfare. They are in gangs and often commit shootings and stabbings, mostly to their own but there are some random crimes. I am part Mexican and Im disgusted by people on welfare who never had a job! Im not self-loathing because in my family we believe if you are able to work, you should.

BUT I might make a tasteful racist joke - for instance jokes about food or accents, I don't find those offensive. Someone putting on a jokey Indian accent, or making a joke about black people liking fried chicken - this is harmless to me and I find it childish to be offended by it. I'm English, and if someone from another country made fun of my accent or made jokes about fish & chips or whatever I'd hardly be offended. There's a difference between some mild humour actually treating another race as inferior eg. not serving them in a store. So it depends where you draw the line.

I expect a black guy to listen rap and play basketball or football maybe soccer.
