    What? You mean putting your nipples in your mouth and sucking on them and it resulted in you sucking your own nipples?!?!? Whenever I suck on my nipples, a denominational portal opens up into a world when I didn't do that, but because I also am at the same time all of causality implodes and I have to be re-birthed all over again!     Really, have you never seen another fat guy with man-boobs? If your nipples can reach your mouth, then that means you can suck on them. They won't retract into your body.

    I think depending on your size , it seems pretty normal . If you have enough fat tissue to where you can manipulate ( no pun intended ) the breast / pectoral to your mouth , I think it's likely . Is it normal for most men to be able , no and if you were a very big guy it's even more unlikely of course .
