when i see cum in urine in males i suspect and rule out testicular cancer. its unlikely without a microscope you friend would know if the white discharge in his urine is cum , pus, yeast , cancer cells or anything else. neither would a doctor and most dont even own a microscope. you need a urinalysis at a hospital but even then you'd be lucky depending who looks at it.

depends on how much comes out, if the whole stream is heavily mixed with cum I'd advise you tell him to see a doctor.
