Astral projection advice?

I still can't tell whether it was a bad dream or something out of the ordinary, but here goes. I fell asleep faced down and I have this habit of sneaking into the kitchen for a midnight snack. I tried to stand up, but my body refused to function, about the only I could do was open my eyes. What I saw was both cool and scary; I saw myself sleeping in the position I took before falling deep into sleep. It scared me because from where I was watching my body was pretty high and I had a fear of heights back then. Anyways, I tried yelling and moving, but my body just wouldn't budge. I closed my eyes and I felt whatever material I was at the moment, positioning back into my body until I felt my cold, soft pillow. I had the same experience recently when I went to visit my cousins, except this time I wasn't suspended in mid-air. It felt more like my legs were being dragged out of my body? Either I resisted or something went wrong this time, either way I had planned my one of my cousins to keep watch over me in case he noticed something I couldn't; being paralyzed and all. I want some inputs from people who either mastered this "Astral Projection" or people who experienced something along the lines of what I just typed.

Whatever you've been smoking, I'd like some, please.

OK. How about this then; why don't you get the stick out of your ass and lighten up a bit? A little humor (or good weed) goes a long way to ease the burdens of life. You should try both.

I'd like to apologize for before. I like to get a reaction out of other humans for personal reasons. I'm sure your humor raises other peoples "spirits". Thank you for your humor, it was greatly appreciated. Although, not useful, I hope you understand.

I haven't mastered astral projection. They're astral projections forums, with people who have a lot of experience on this subject. You should ask them.

Yeah, but I might just torment people who've done me wrong.

Astral projection is real and can be attained by meditation and practice . lay awake and let your body fall into a deep sleep. They're are different methods of doing this. The rocking method is my favorite. This information is all available online. Took me 6 months to recreate my projection, after first it happened on accident, but afterwards totally worth it. Like telling yourself what to dream. I used guided meditation for the beginning portion. You can find hypnosis on YouTube to help you reach your state. GOOD LUCK! my one struggle is you must be awake while your body is asleep, and while I lay on my back, my tongue/epeglotis (the thingy in your throat) chokes me out of my astro projection. So try positioning your neck up while attempting it. "sniffers position ". Ever felt these things you've almost been there- loud bang, sensation of falling then snapped awake, paralyzing sensation of the body, felling of being awake but unable to control typical settings such as light switches/electronics, or see yourself in the mirrors.
