    heh, i'd like to see the poor bastard who won't wear the cup. In Muay Thai the cups aren't even plastic -metal, baby. Because in a clinch you throw knees like crazy. getting kneed in the dick by a fighter would be so devastating i don't even wann think about it.

    Depends on what sport. For Baseball yeah. For football playing running back, no. It just feels uncomfortable to me plus if you are running low like you are supposed to, the odds of a nut shot are very low and when it does happen, its not going to be enough contact to hurt too bad.
