Some guys are. I'm personally not, and have to have some intelligent conversation, but one of my friends, who's a few years older than me, often jokes (and practices), "the dumber, the better". I know his gf well, in fact, introduced them, and and confirm..She's nice and all, but about as smart as a flat tire. Doesn't pay attention, either, which makes it worse. Bad enough she doesn't understand what you say to her, but, you have to say it twice. I can't be around them very long.

I don't mind if my partner is better than me in some aspects. Having a partner so much better than me at everything, that she makes more money, and is undisputedly smarter is kind of an ego killer.

But to straight up go after dumb girls is not normal. Dumb girls are closed minded and have cringey opinions, like the Earth is flat, vaccines are bad, and they're often racist

A tiny bit more positively, a guy might be attracted to women with low intelligence because looking after and educating them makes him feel big.
