Autism demons?

I've been talking about autism with a few people lately and it got me thinking about my experiences with the Christian churches. Namely, with the Reverends(I'm using this in place of Clergy of all Christian Denominations).

A few Reverends claim that Autism is a demon. A good number claim that any neuro-psychological  issues are demons.

From what I gather is that God has power over the womb (ESV) and that whatever happens in the womb is God's Work. Autism is formed in the womb (ESV). So God must either cause or allow Autism to exist for a purpose that the rest of us are unwilling to look into (folks rather "fix" autism rather than see if it actually benefits the world).

¿No es mejor no creer en absoluto, lo que es para venerar el más vil, el mal, vomitó cosa que jamás haya existido ?

Isn't it better not to believe at all, than it is to revere the most vile, evil, retched thing ever to exist?

Autism is a Pervasive Developmental Disorder which is most likely genetic. I have Autism and it apparently runs in my family. My dad had some traits and my twin brother definitely has Autism.

Autistic Disorder, Aspergers and Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise specified are all under the Autism Spectrum. We no longer live in the Dark Ages anymore and have learned so much about Autism. Instead of seeing us as Demons try to look at us as being different and accept us for who we are.

It's due to genetics but it's not a demon.

Gods plan and nature at the same time, because reality is the result of a series of events that happened from a single initial instance of our universe, triggering a series of domino effect events that correspond to the laws of nature, leading to autistic babies in a womb.

I really wish it was a simple as that. You could just denounce God or say it's all part of some master plan. The last thing I think is demons.

    Not "demons".
    "Daemons"
The meaning of that word has been bastardised and once meant: (in ancient Greek belief) a divinity or supernatural being of a nature between gods and humans, or a divinity or a manifestation of divine power.

"As much, said Epistemon, is related of the daemon of Socrates, so celebrated among the Academics."

It was considered the origin of genius, (another word who's meaning has changed for the worse.)
