I responded to two other posts about this. You are in the minority of males but ballbusting is normal for thousands or even millions of guys worldwide and growing. One popular method that’s being taught is called “Operation Crush” and it teaches females and males how to trap one testicle in the hand and apply enough pressure to crush it. Parents are using videos and the internet for teaching daughters (and sons) all about testicles and how to hurt, damage, or totally destroy a male’s balls. It’s called self- defense training but it isn’t always used only for self- defense and it’s really just a widely sanctioned form of ballbusting. Most young males have accepted the reality that their sac is a prime target and it’s open season on their balls now. Some dudes even wear briefs or boxers with two targets in front their nuts and tee shirts that say “Kick Here” right above an arrow that’s pointing to their balls.
