Best deal on mobile phone service in the us

Which mobile phone service is the best in the US??
By that, I mean for a single person, one line only.
Right now I'm with Sprint. I'm paying $80 a month with unlimited text, 450 anytime minutes, and unlimited Sprint to Sprint minutes. This does not include phone insurance. I have the iPhone 4s (got it free last time I signed a 2 year contract). I don't know if I should sign another 2 year with Sprint or go with a better deal. Does anyone have similar benefits (or better) and pay less for their one line of service? Again, I live in the United States. And I gots to have the iPhone.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

I'm using one called Net10, $50/month unlimited talk, text and internet!
    (im using it now!)

(2.5 gigabytes 4G data, but it slows down for the rest of the month if i use over that, still unlimited though)

    signals great, its like Verizon's.
its a prepaid plan, they have good phones, but you can also switch any other phone to it, so long as it isn't currently locked on a contract plan.

    its from Tracfone.

staight talk is the same, but at $45/month. straight talk phones and cards are only available at walmart though.

    • How much for a single line?

T-Mobile is fairly good. Unlimited talk and text for $50. And if you go the the prepaid version of that plan, $50 is the final price, including all taxes and fees. The downside (either way) is you only get 1GB high speed data. Naturally you can pay more for more data. And there are some cheaper prepaid plans too.

I just like that sprint has unlimited data..or they did. I miss that. Unfortunately they didn't have good signal where I moved so I switched to AT&T. Pretty much the same price.

I pay $85 a month on Verizon for the same deal. I feel like they're all the same, unfortunately. :/ Damn, in Europe, most are half that price! It's so ridiculous.

    • Well, I guess Verizon is out of the picture then. Unless that includes phone insurance.
