Take into account the students that attend, the quality of the teaching (professors vs. teacher assisstants), the location, and the best place to study because of surroundings (distractions vs. stimulating culture).

UC Santa Barbara or University of Hawaii (Beach, parties) 5
Lewis and Clark College or Reed College- Portland (Young, smart city) 12
UCLA or USC (traditional names, football, entertainment industry) 0
University of Washington (medicine, culture, Seattle) 2
