Best way to air out a room??? very personal....

Due to poor personal hygiene, my room has a smell in it.
I never shower, shave, or brush my teeth, I have been this way for over 10 years I have never left my room. I have never been outside for over 10 years I just drink water and order takeaways which I eat over the week, I'm not a people person, im so hairy smelly and stinky..... I have a massive beard and long hair people call me weird and jesus like.

Someone else in the house began to complain, so I'm changing my habits. I cleaned the room and started showering again, but a spat arose when it came to opening my door.

I don't like to have my door open since I don't like hearing the rest of the house or broadcasting everything I do on my computer (music/games/masturbating etc). So I was thinking I could just open a window. but now the local birds have been dying since I opened my window the local wild life as the smell from my room is that bad people call it hell....

The response was that it was mostly the door that mattered. Opening a window seems like it would be more efficient for airing out a room than opening a door.

Is it?

Plants can filter rooms; make the air cleaner and by removing toxins.

Wash your bedding. Shampoo and vacuum the carpet. Don't try to cover up odours with fragrance. You need to attack it at the source. Open up your windows and air out your room.

I do have to ask: are you truly happy with your situation?

    This was already asked??

And really the only proper way would be to open your bedroom door an windows. Then clean your room and wash your bed sheets...

Or blow the roof off the house

You really need to get help. I know you probably wont but someone has to say it. Till then get some Fabreeze and some plants . But surely you know your way of living isn't normal or healthy do you really want to live this way?

You need to properly circulate the air in your room. Depending if this is possible, open your door and all of your windows and let the fresh air "push" the stale air out thru the windows.
