Biden hates brown ppl?

When Democrats took back control of washington the first day they ended production of Trumps "racist wall". But recently they've quietly resumed building Trumps border wall. They havent exactly been putting this in the media but you can look into it and see its happening. Are democrat voters who called ppl racist over this for years now gonna call their own party racist for building this wall?
