Black man attack?

there is this black man that lives on my street (he doesn't have a home i think he sleeps in the park or under the drains) and people aren't aloud to go to the park because he will get angry and chase you with this pink bouncy ball he carries around.

my dog escaped yesterday because someone accidentally left the gate open and he went to the park so i chased after him but i saw the homeless black man he was sitting on top of a play gym and rolled down screaming i got scared and picked up my dog but he chased me and threw the bouncy ball at me so i tripped and hurt my knee and he fell on me and i was screaming and kicked his nuts.

i think he's angry at me now because he's been sitting in front of my house and rubbing himself against the door making weird noises should i call the police

Total troll. The cops would have evicted this guy if he was causing this much trouble in a public park. He just had to be a black man, huh? You just had to add that fact to make your troll seem more realistic. No one with this type of mental disorder could never be allowed to dwell in a public park. You ask if you should call the cops? I guess when you fabricated this moronic racist yarn it didn't dawn on you that the cops would have long been notified of this mentally troubled human and removed him for his own and everyone else's protection.   no the police have tried to he always hides or runs the police caught him once though but he was back like 3 weeks later.

  the police already tried to take him away but he would go into a rage/have a meltdown and either run away or hide in the drains. they caught him once but idk what happened because a week later he was back. he isn't always there during the day so people can still go there when he's away and not many of my neighbours don't really care about him because he only bothers people in the park.
