I feel that the old bodybuilders were better even though they had less muscle. If you look at Arnold Swarzanegger he looked like a greek god. He had aesthetic. If you look at the current guys like Ronny Coleman they had way more muscle but looked like monsters. The new guys also have pregnant bellies from all the insulin and HGH abuse.

    Ronnie Coleman is a cripple now.
    And it seems more than a few modern bodybuilders are dying young, usually of heart or organ failure.
    It's steroids. Bad.
    The better guys are healthier. They looked really good.
    My dad was and is a natural bodybuilder, although he does not compete in contests today, he just does occasional fitness exhibitions. So he still trains and everything. No drugs of any kind.
