Is it normal that when i watch a movie based on a book that i acctually expect it 2 have more than 2 scenes in common with the book. My boyfriend keeps saying its weird because i hate the eragon movie with a burning passion because it had nothing in common with the book at all
Some movies do justice when it comes to adapting from books, and some movies do poorly as well..
Isn't that a kid's show? they don't make kid's movies as much like the book because kids don't read. Reading is boring movies are supposed to be interesting.
The movie was garbage; the book mediocre. Interestingly, the author originally wrote the book as a script, but found it easier to publish as a book.
I loved the series and it upsets me that they couldnt even follow the plot and if it was orriginally written as a script that makes it even worse that the movie was garbage and dsnt even deserve the title eragon it bugs me so much that murtagh was made a minor character that didnt even fit the books description
You're not supposed to see them as the same story, you're supposed to see the movie as a similar story with the same title. Sort of a re telling.
